1. Scope
These terms govern the use of courses.graphwiz.ai ("CertPrep"), operated by Tobias Weiss IT-Services. By using the platform you agree to these terms.
2. Service
CertPrep offers free study guides, practice exams and optional paid subscriptions. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. The practice content is provided for exam preparation purposes; we do not guarantee exam results.
3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly at the price shown on the store page at the time of purchase and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via the account portal or by email; the subscription then ends at the end of the current billing period. All prices are as displayed on the store page.
4. Payments, Refunds & Withdrawal
Payments are processed by Stripe. Consumers have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right. Because the practice subscription is a digital service that you access immediately, this right expires once the service begins. By clicking "Subscribe" you expressly consent to the immediate start of the service and acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory 14-day withdrawal right (Art. 16 lit. m Directive 2011/83/EU; § 356 (5) BGB). As an additional, customer-friendly policy we nevertheless offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
5. Acceptable use
You may not scrape, redistribute or resell the content of this platform. Accounts must not be shared in a way that circumvents subscription limits.
6. Liability
The content is provided "as is" without warranties. Liability for damages is limited to intent and gross negligence, except for statutory mandatory liability.
